Housemate wanted in Withington/Burnage

We’re a group of three in a four bed, looking for another housemate since our current one is moving down to London to live with her boyfriend.

The room available has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a cute view of the field at the back of our house! Current housemate moved her wardrobe into our kitchen and bought a desk and shelves to revise for her solicitor exams in her room, but she’s taking these with her and we’d be looking at moving the wardrobe back in the bedroom so no desk in room.

All three of us are sociable but also like chill evenings in with a mix of being downstairs together and time in our rooms.

Imogen (25) is a town planner, Kirsten (26) is an accountant and Rei (27) is a woman in mining. Despite being boring from 9-5 we have some hobbies.

Rei, Kirsten and Imogen are inconsistent runners. Rei is an avid crossfitter & hyroxer. Imogen goes to salsa classes. Kirsten can’t think of anything worse than a salsa class and would rather garden (built a veg patch in the garden last year).

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy (ish!).

Room is available from Tuesday 5th Jan, but move in date can be Saturday 9th Jan.
