Double room for rent in Wythenshawe within ten minutes walk to Manchester Airport. Close to tram and bus stop, and motorway links. Parking to the front of the house.

Room has been freshly decorated, with brand new furniture, curtains, ottoman bed, bedding, pillows, duvet and chandelier.

I will be a live in landlord that works mainly nights and occasional weekend days. The house will be yours to yourself most nights. I have a 5 year old Cockapoo that I drop at my parents when I’m working.

The house is a three bedroom house, with kitchen (double oven, hot plate, dishwasher), utility (washing machine and dryer) , living room ( 70 inch tv, virgin and WiFi), dining room, large shared bathroom with double walk in rain shower. Low maintaince back garden with Astro turf and hot tub. The third bedroom I use as an ironing room.

I’m looking for a person to treat my home as their home, not just renting a room. I consider myself a very clean and tidy person. I love to travel, partial to a glass of wine when I’m not working
