The tenant will have their own private bathroom, located just across the hallway (not en-suite), which is for their exclusive use.

You'll have full access to the shared kitchen, which has two refrigerators with plenty of space to store your own groceries, along with all the usual kitchen appliances. The shared living room includes a comfortable sofa and a TV, providing a relaxing space after work or university. The property also has a private garden that you're welcome to enjoy.
