Large double en-suite room near tram station

Hello, this is a family home with mum (me) and adult children at college and university.

We have a lovely large double ensuite room on the 2nd floor with plenty of storage and a new luxury double bed. Bedding, accessories and tea making facilities all included.

I work in education and run my own business. We have all lived internationally and understand what it's like to move to a new country.

You'll like our place if you like your own privacy, don't mind a bit of mess from time to time (teaching is messy) and want the feeling of security from a family home on a quiet avenue.
