LOCATION AND FACILITIES
The house is 8 minutes walk from Wythenshawe bus station at the Civic centre and 3 minutes walk to the Crossacres Metrolink station. The Metro tram runs every twelve minutes to Manchester centre and/or the Airport.
The house has all mod cons with 3 bathrooms. It is a very desirable residence. It is kept extremely clean
There is wifi. There is a conservatory and patio area leading on to a lovely garden. The modern new kitchen has a dining area. There are two fridges and ample cupboard space.
At the Civic centre there's an ASDA supermarket, a variety of other shops, a fitness/leisure club and a post office.
The 43 bus to the airport takes 10 minutes and runs 24/7. The 11 bus connects with Wythenshawe hospital and Stockport, Central Manchester and universities 35 minutes. Access to the Motorway network by car takes 5 minutes. There is ample parking on the street.
