Room in Undy/Magor

Very nice home with open plan kitchen and living room.

No bed or furniture currently in the room so you can bring your own or I can get a double bed and side tables.

Shared bathroom with shower over bath.

Light and airy with views of trees out of the front and rear.

Usual kitchen appliances plus dishwasher and a tumble dryer

Parking space on driveway next to house.

I currently live in my camper van and travel around a lot however when I’m back I usually stay in it on the driveway and use the bathroom for a shower in the mornings.

You’ll have the house to yourself a majority of the time.

If you want to chat about motorbikes, cats, travel, vanlife, the gym, eating healthy, hiking, mountain biking, spirituality, peace, joy, happiness or the universe then I’m all ears.

I don’t smoke and don’t want anyone that does as I don’t like the smell.

I also quit drinking nearly 4 years ago however if you do then that’s fine.

It’s a very laid back and peaceful home in a lovely location close to the M4 Magor junction so great for Newport, Cardiff or Bristol.

A well behaved cat ( if there is such a thing) will be considered , no dogs though.
