Double room in three storey stone house on the banks of the river Wye in a popular location.
The Boat and Riverside Restaurant nearby and rhe Bandstand.
Tesco and Chepstow town centre a five minute walk away.
Chepstow train station and bus station a ten minute walk away.
Downstairs toilet , upstairs shared bathroom.
Kitchen has microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, range cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer. Use of own small fridge and table top freezer.
Rotary washing line in courtyard at the back of the property.
Must like dogs as I have a small dog Molly.
Room has single bed, wardrobe, smart tv, chest of drawers, small drawers, bedside table, coffee table, easy chair, laundry basket and fan.
Must be a clean and tidy person who is also mindful of shared spaces and clean up after themselves
No shared sitting room.
Available 20th July as a friend will be staying here temporarily until then.
Would consider a full time let at a higher rate
