Double room available in house share

Double room available in 3 bedroom house with one other occupant (not landlord) and a dog. Looking for professionals, non smokers, non vapers, dog lovers. The pooch is 10, loves people but not other dogs or kids. I currently live here= professional, female, non smoker., dog owner.
Room is a double, currently furnished but if you have your own furniture that's grand. End terrace house with large garden, parking, washing machine, new cooker and hob. Located in Croesy, close to the shops, bypass and walking areas. Bus route also nearby.
The decor in the spare room will be changing soon to a sofa bed so can be used as guest room or another tv/work room.
Not a party house, and just not to waste your time, it would not suit someone who works shifts
