Comfortable furnished rooms available at Ty Cwm, a well-maintained shared residential property in Cwm, close to Ebbw Vale.

Ty Cwm particularly suits people who value their own space, privacy and a quiet place to live. Each room has its own kitchenette with fridge/fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle and basic kitchen equipment, so you can be largely self-sufficient without having to share a kitchen.

• Room 22 – £390 pcm – 12.0m² – shared bathroom facilities
• Room 24 – £390 pcm – 11.4m² – shared bathroom facilities

Rooms are furnished with a double/queen-size bed, wardrobe, table or desk and chair, with additional furniture available if required.

Rent includes gas, electricity, water and internet.

For residents liable for Council Tax, the current contribution is £80 per month, or you can independently deal with this directly with the local authority.

The building has 24-hour heating and hot water, laundry and drying facilities, a garden, secure access and an on-site residential warden for day-to-day assistance. Practical living support is also available where helpful.

Shared areas, toilets, showers and bathrooms are professionally cleaned twice each week.

Shops, takeaways, pubs, GP surgery and bus stops are within approximately 5–10 minutes' walk. There are also excellent countryside walks into the surrounding hills close by.

Single occupancy only. No smoking. Cats and dogs cannot be accommodated.

A one-month deposit is required. Occupation contracts are normally six months, although shorter stays may be considered.
