Hey I’m Deanna!

I’m 32 and live with Border Collie Woody! I have another lodger called Chris who also has a border collie, he’s looking to move home to be closer to family.

I’m a chilled out person who works from home! I enjoy watching documentaries, cooking, playing XBOX and doing arts and crafts!

Woody is such a lovely dog, he’s extremely well trained, loves everyone human, dogs also cats! He’s also not very vocal, he only ever really barks when he’s playing with his toys!

My house is perfect for someone who’s looking for privacy. Chris is often out of the home due to work and his hobbies and the house is split that when I am home (I’m usually at my partners) that I have my own bathroom and living room.
The kitchen is shared between me and you however it’s HUGE we both could be cooking and it wouldn’t make a difference!

The living room will be yours 90% of the time as I have a room on my side which I use for my gaming/tv room. I’d only really need to come in to access the front door, heating, under-stair cupboard. Chris is out most of the time.

I’m fine with smokers but please smoke outside, if you vape you can do this anywhere within the property.

The bathroom has a bath and shower.

The front room does need added furnishings but there is a basic tv, sofa

Kitchen has most normal appliances.

The garden is lovely and big (I need to do some gardening tho!)
