The cost of the room for a couple is £750 a month all bills included, 1.5 times that of someone staying on their own.

Perfectly located on a quiet and friendly street, the house is walking distance to the City Centre, Newport train & bus station and is a two-minute walk from the various takeaways, hair dressers & shops of Malpas Road with a petrol station, Aldi and Sainsburys within a five to ten-minute walk.

The location also provides almost instant access to the M4 (J26) for those commuting in the Cardiff & Bristol directions.

The room is fully furnished with a Double Bed that allows under bed storage, a Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Smart TV. The desk and chair are no longer in the room however I could put them back in.

There is plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space to store food.

There is also ample storage for any belongings and a lovely front and back garden.
