Hello, I have a double bedroom in beautiful new build house which is a stones throw away from the retail park and the station.
Looking for the ideal house mate, who would respect the house and be tidy.
The room will be furnished with a double bed, desk and a large built in wardrobe.
Bathroom will be basically private sole use by whoever takes this room. The room is well lit with plenty of windows, and compromises with a view of the river. This is a very friendly and professional house hold. Everyone that have lived here have left being more family than just tenants. I am only looking for people that would respect this house as their own. The house will be shared with a female doctor who has their own en-suite personal space on the top floor.
Couples are welcome. Further more there is also a small room available on the same floor. I’m open to renting that out instead if you’re after a smaller budget of around £600pm. Just drop me a message.
