Great location, quiet but near the high street. Near local amenities like Lidl, high street shops and a Tesco superstore nearby. Good transport links include bus stops less than 5 minutes walk away and a train station within 0.5 miles. Near a river and parks. Short bus ride to the Coleg Gwent Crosskeys Campus and less than minute drive to Newport train station
There is on-street parking without restriction, as well as two nearby car parks, one with electric vehicle charging.
On offer is the large double room. Broadband included in bills. Includes access to the rest of the house apart from other's bedrooms.
No couples. No smoking.
I work in London during the week so would be away most of the time but seen mostly on weekends. I tend to bring with me my two dogs (German shepherd Cross and a medium size cross. Occasionally I may also bring a cat.
Looking for someone that is tidy, considerate, and ok with pets. Other housemate works in the area but sometimes works elsewhere.
