Short term - Double/king room in calm house

Hi! I'm River (they/them) and I'm looking for a housemate to join my housemate in enjoying the home I've created while I'm away for a bit. You'd be taking my room which is furnished with a king size bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

It's a two bedroom house. The house has a good size lounge, separate diner and kitchen, lean-to style conservatory (aka "the ranchery"), bathroom with a great shower. There is a lovely garden, with lawn, apple and pear trees and patio areas which are good for fire pits right now through winter. Please note the video shows the other bedroom but I've kept this as it shows the rest of the house well.

This is just a short term let while I'm away. I'd consider weekly arrangements as it's a good base of looking for something more permanent in Newport, Bristol or Cardiff.

Someone who's happy to help with keeping it a tidy and clean home is important to me. My lodger is a lovely person and it's a priority to find someone who respects the space and energy we've built here. It's soberish household so wouldn't suit daily drinkers or weekly wild ones.
