Double room in city centre

Room to let in a terraced house near the city centre, 5 min walk from train station/bus station. Small garden at rear. No on-street parking, but free residential parking 3min walk away.

FEMALES ONLY.
NO COUPLES.

The house is currently shared between me (live in landlord), another female lodger and my rescue dog Rora (who absolutely adores people and would love more people in the house).

I work in Bristol 3 days a week and WFH the remaining two. I'm in and out on the weekends.

Myself and the current lodger love the set up as it is currently, a calm relaxed space, we get on really well and the vibes are good. I'm looking for someone who can add to this not takeaway. Myself and my lodger are both usually up and out the door between 6-7am when we are working. We both like a clean and tidy space, and whilst neither of us are perfect, we pitch in together with cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, emptying and loading the dishwasher and getting the bins out etc.

I'm with the open university doing environmental studies, I love pubs, the gym, festivals, crochet and being in nature.

We are both meat eaters but respectful of anyone who chooses otherwise, happy to accommodate a veggie or vegan.
