I have a single room available with a single bed, a double wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The house is located just a 5 minute walk from Newport town centre and 5- 10 minutes from the main bus and train stations.
All amenities are very close by with corner shops and takeaways only a 2 minute walk away. The city centre, including Lidl, Asda, gyms and other facilities can be reached within 10 minutes on foot.
The room is available for £400 per month (Monday to Friday only) and all bills are included (depending on usage).
This is a very clean and tidy house with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen includes shared appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and air fryer and you will have your own space in the fridge.
Free parking is available on the road.
