The room is approx. 4m x 3m, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk & chair. The mattress is 3 months old. You will need to provide you own bedding (pillow, duvet and covers). There is no TV provided but you are welcome to provide your own.

There is a shared kitchen, lounge/diner, downstairs bathroom with very large bath and shower. The kitchen has a washer dryer and cooking utensils. There is also a separate fridge freezer for your use. The lounge/diner is furnished with a large sofa, free WiFi (fibre), basic Sky TV and dining table and chairs.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, on a dead end road. Parking is unrestricted with scenic views to the front over Crumlin and Newbridge.

The village provides a shop/Post office, cafe, Chinese takeaway, hair salon/barbers, social club and pub.

The nearest supermarkets (Asda, Aldi, Tesco, Morrisons)are located approx. 4 miles in all directions: Blackwood, Pontypool, Risca and Ebbw Vale.

There is a bus stop with regular services going Newport (X15), Blackwood, Cwmbran, Cardiff and Ebbw Vale.
Newbridge train station is 1.5 miles with regular routes to Newport, Cardiff and Ebbw Vale.

By car Newport is 10 miles, Cardiff is 15 miles and Bristol is about 25miles.

The house has a strict NO smoking, vaping or drug policy, and lodgers will be evicted immediately.

The house is cat friendly and has a cat. Sorry NO dogs.

2 months notice required to ensure return of deposit.
