Room for rent but will be entire house

Due to my work, I am having to work away in Scotland. I don’t want to sell the house and so I am looking to rent a room out. It’s a 3 bed house with ample amounts of space!

I will be back at the house maybe once a month or once every two months, depending on work therefore, you will have the entire house to yourself for the duration. For this reason, the rent is a little higher and happy to discuss bills etc if you’re interested and come up with a personalised plan. Happy to accept couples.

The room is a huge double. Giant bathroom and ample space for storage etc. The kitchen is brand new as with the living room and all of it will be accessible for the duration. There is a log fire in the front room as well as the TV and dining room table.

Double driveway to the rear of the property including a parking space at the front. Right on the side of a mountain so beautiful surroundings, just 2 miles outside of Tredegar. Closest train station is Ebbw Vale just 10 mins away where there’s free parking if needing to commute.

I do have dogs but they will be with me so you would not be sharing with them.

I love this house so references would be preferable. I will be removing all the furniture from the room for rent apart from the bed/ mattress so welcome to bring your own if you would like.
