The house comprises 3 spacious double rooms, and the following communal rooms, a large kitchen equipped with a washer/drier, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, a living/dining room and a bathroom with bath and shower. The double room available is fully furnished with a double bed, bed side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The rent is £525 per calendar month, if exempt from payment of council tax, and is inclusive of all household bills, i. e. gas and electricity, with a fair usage policy, water and a superfast, fibre broadband. Full time students are usually eligible for a council tax exemption. If not eligible for a council tax exemption, the council tax i. e. Band B with a 25% discount as a single person i. e. c. £120 will be added to the monthly rent.
