Living room

This is a large Victorian house spread over 3 floors with a bathroom on the top floor, shower room on first floor and a further toilet and hand washbasin on the ground floor.
There is a large kitchen with all the usual white goods, including washing machine and dishwasher! There is also a living room with T. V. All the bedrooms are double rooms with double beds and are fully furnished. I welcome requests for additional items, within reason, such as desks/ chairs or small bedside lamps
The house is fully double glazed with gas CH and a fire alarm system/ fire doors.
The rent includes council tax, broadband and all bills..
I am looking for a mature people who are clean, tidy and well used to living with other people in a shared house.
