This is a great house. Very tidy, with three males and in the house. Some tenants in our houses have been with us for over 4 years!

Fully furnished, with council tax and fast wifi included in the rent.

There is a washing machine, parking on the street in front of the house! EVERY TIME we come to the house we find a place to park.

Tenants share the water, electric and gas bills. Its not very much as the house has very cheap bills. with rising bills, so sorry, we have had to do this as some people in the past have taken significant advantage of free bills (eg, leaving lights on everywhere, bringing in computer servers) - we have many stories.

We do not expect the room to be available for long.

We do NOT charge a deposit, just up front rent (first and partial last month). So we do not debate at the end of your tenancy, whether you marked the walls or stained the carpet (eg, as landlords can deduct amounts from their deposits)..
