£580 FOR SINGLE PEOPLE IN DOUBLE ROOMS UPSTAIRS or £729 for a couple (room for one more couple),

COUPLES ROOMS WHEN AVAILABLE ARE £729 PER MONTH, WITH DISCOUNTS FOR MORE PAID UP FRONT for all tenants..

Minimum up front payment is two months (for a 6-month contract), so its first and partial last month. The up front payment is NOT A DEPOSIT, Just rent and partial rent. Our tenants love that there is no deposit, just upfront rent.

The single people in DOUBLE ROOMS are £580 per calendar month. Couples price is £729 for two sharing ONE double room.
