The rent for a single person is £610 per month, plus £15 PER MONTH for water and £40 per month for electric, total for a single person in a two bed flat, sharing with one other person is £690 per month.

FOR A COUPLE, its £750 per month RENT plus £30 per month additional for water each month, and £60 for electric; So monthly cost is £840 per month.

There is a 2-bed flat In UPPER BANGOR. Upstairs house is now full. PLEASE read the ad.

PRIVATE. SOME BILLS INCLUDED. Council tax (BAND D) is paid by the landlord!!! WIFI ALSO PAID BY THE LANDLORD. Water and electric contributions are the only bills paid by the tenants in the flat,
