We currently have three rooms available (1, 3 and 5) at the reduced rate of £120 per week fully inclusive of utilities including gas, electricity, water and superfast bnroadband.
 
All rooms are for single-occupancy only, though each has a double bed
 
A deposit of £500 is payable, reduced to £250 if a satisfactory UK based guarantor is provided.
 
Please note that properties are available only for full time students because of the Council Tax that would otherwise be payable
