We currently have one room available (Room 5) at £125 per week (£543 pcm) inclusive of utilities
 
All rooms are for single-occupancy only, though each has a double bed

Please note that of the other tenants many of the housemates are part of the University rugby club. As such if you are looking for a “quiet house” then this may not be for you.
 
A deposit of £500 is payable, reduced to £250 if a satisfactory UK based guarantor is provided.
 
Please note that properties are available only for full time students because of the Council Tax that would otherwise be payable
