***Strictly an university student*** is wanted to rent a cosy furnished single room of five with an en suite and a shared kitchen in a central student accommodation on High Street in Bangor.

It is a single occupancy but with an en suite. It is near to the amenities and Bangor University. Amongst the current tenants there are future medics.

The room is available immediately until 30/06/2027. The tenancy can be extended further next year.

Deposit and application via Varcity Living Ltd is required (ideally with a guarantor which is reducing the amount of the deposit needed).

Monthly rent is £585, weekly rent is £135. Electricity, gas, water and broadband are included in the rent. The tenant pays TV licence and telephone bill (if used). Council Tax isn't a payable cost as this is a student-only let.
