Hey we're looking for a new housemate :) Suitable for young professionals & students. Can be made available ASAP if required.

Its a large room with a double bed on the top floor with a skylight and big window for good natural lighting. It is a private room for a shared house as it has a toilet/shower and kitchenette all on the same floor (a full kitchen and living room are on the ground floor).

All bills (inc council tax) are included in the rent price.

The house is a really relaxed but respectful environment.

This room is to let based on a student's calendar, contract to renew on 1st of July 2027. The house has preexisting pets: dog. All bills are included within the rental price including council tax Band D.

The current occupiers of the house are young professionals who live an outdoorsy lifestyle with a lot of available room for storing bikes or outdoor gear. There is a nice atmosphere in the house as everyone is friendly.

This house is in a perfect location for students as it is right by the University buildings, supermarkets and nightlife.
