Prime Upper Bangor Studio, Bills Included

I’m looking for a student to take over my flat at Bala Bangor from 30 September 2026 until 30 June 2027.

The rent is £207 per week, which includes water, gas, electricity and internet. The flat is managed by Varcity Living, and whoever takes it over would be taking over the remainder of my existing contract, subject to their approval.

It’s a student-only property on Ffriddoedd Road, directly opposite the supermarket Morrisons. The standard security deposit is £828 with a suitable UK guarantor. If you don’t have a UK guarantor, Varcity requires an 8-week deposit instead. There is also a £207 holding deposit as part of their application process.

Available from 30 September 2026. I will pay the first month's rent once you take over the contract.

Council tax is not payable for eligible full-time students, as this is a student-only property.
