I'm dropping out of uni and need a student to take over my tenancy till the end of the academic year (30/6/27)
Flat is in a perfect spot between the town center and the university, about 15 minutes walk to each.
The sofa and fridge/freezer have been replaced since the pictures were taken but the rest of the flat remains the same.
