I’m looking for friendly, respectful housemates to share my home in the heart of beautiful Beaumaris.

The house offers a relaxed, peaceful environment and is ideal for anyone looking for somewhere to genuinely feel at home rather than a typical busy house share.

About the House

The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and outdoor space. Fast fibre broadband and all household bills are included.

Because of my work, I’m regularly away from home. Although I live at the property and stay there throughout the month, you’ll often find yourself sharing the house with just one other person, giving the house a much quieter and more spacious feel than many house shares.

I also have a friendly Border Collie called Ziggy who stays with me when I’m at the house. She’s well behaved, loves people and enjoys plenty of walks. If you like dogs, that’s an added bonus! (Please bear this in mind if you have a dog allergy.)

Location

The house is within easy walking distance of Beaumaris town centre, the seafront, cafés, restaurants, shops and local amenities. Menai Bridge, Bangor and the A55 are all within easy reach, making it ideal for commuting or studying.

Professionals and students are all welcome.

More important than what you do is finding people who are friendly, tidy, considerate and will treat the house as a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. I’m looking to create a relaxed, respectful living environment where everyone feels comfortable.
