We have a large 5 bedroom house close to Caernarfon town centre. There are three double bedrooms are on the first floor amd are spacious rooms which are fully furnished. Two are occupied and one will be available from 18thJan 2018.
The rent covers the heating and electricity as well as water charges and broadband. We expect people to look after the property and to be clean and tidy. There will be one or two people living in the house. We have a no smoking policy and would like to have people who are quiet and peaceful.
There is a family bathroom on the first floor, and a shower and toilet downstairs.
Students and professionals welcome. The rent is £400 a month for each bedroom.
