Hello!

I have a ground floor flat in stunning Deganwy with a room available from early November.

I am looking to share my living space with a considerate, friendly flatmate who will benefit from the following: a furnished double room with a tv, their own bathroom-cum-shower room, a large shared living space as well as a generous patio area.

There is off-street parking available as well as a bike rack. Bills are included within the price of the room.

You have a bath as part of this set up which I will use from time to time! It would also help if you like dogs as I don't own one but do love a furry guest.

It’s quiet and lovely here - two minutes from the beach.

I’m Emma. I’m 36 and I work (usually from home) for a charity. I’m outgoing, love running/fitness and appreciate a good chat. My ideal flatmate would be clean, tidy and sociable whilst still enjoying their own space.

I spend a lot of time in Manchester so you would often have the property to yourself - likely for weekends at a time. This is reflected in the price.
