Large spacious double room available in the Big Yellow House, Deiniolen. The house benefits from central heating, on and off-road parking, broadband, bike shed, good storage for kayaks and boards, and spectacular views across to Snowdon and the coast. The house has 3 floors with 5 residents on the ground and first floors sharing a large communal kitchen, dining room, lounge, and bathroom with toilet on the first floor, separate shower also on the first floor, and second toilet on the ground floor. The remaining two residents share the top floor and enjoy their own private bathroom and open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The current residents are professionals who work in the local area, and enjoy walking, paddling, climbing, and photography. Residents in the past have mostly included outdoor instructors, post-grads from Bangor Uni, and hospital staff from Ysbyty Gwynedd. Pets are considered. The house is strictly a no smoking house. Each room is large enough for couples to rent together… an additional £100 is required from couples sharing a room to cover bills. The rent covers all bills including council tax, heating, electric, Wi-Fi, water, and TV licence. The rent also includes the cost a cleaner who comes in twice a week to clean the communal areas.
