Large King Size Room Craig Y Don

We are a family of four - two adults and two teenage boys, and three cats, living in a large three story, 6 bedroom, semi detached house (with a lovely garden) in Craig Y Don. The property is located near amenities (community centre, Co Op, Craig y Don high street, bars, cafes) good for local transport links and only 200 yards from the seafront. Ten minute walk into Llandudno town centre and local retail parks. We have plenty of on street parking.

This property is a large Edwardian house with modern rustic decor, with two large reception rooms, very large kitchen and pantry. It is spread over three floors, with the available room on the first floor.

The room available has a King Size bed, large window and original Edwardian ornamental fireplace. We have redecorated the room but still need to hang some curtains, and get a chest of drawers, and a rug to make the space just the tiniest bit more cosy.

We have two family bathrooms, one on the first floor that is used by all the family and one on the top floor which is used by our teenage boys. There is a picture of both bathrooms. The bathroom on the top floor also has a shower, we just need to add a shower curtain. This top floor bathroom could be more of a dedicated space for you. We are open to having couples although we would need to discuss terms and as price would need to increase to cover the additional costs in bills.

We are an easy going household and there is always someone in the house during the daytime, pottering about, gardening, doing housework, working from home or relaxing.

We enjoy culture, sciences, literature, politics, films, adventures and keeping our minds active. We do not smoke or drink and so would be looking for a like minded individual who enjoys similar activities and good conversation. We are open to short term and long term lets.

Please note we have three cats, and they will probably want to sleep on your bed with you! So, if you're not into co-sleeping with cats....we're not going to be a good fit, because as we all know....cats have servants and staff....
