The room will be furnished with brand new single bed and mattress as well as side cabinet and wardrobe and provides a cosy, private space to relax, with shared use of the rest of the house including the kitchen, living room and bathroom.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person who will feel at home here while also appreciating that everyone needs their own space. The house is relaxed and homely rather than a typical busy house share, and I’m looking for someone who is considerate and easy to live with.

The property is well maintained and has everything you need for comfortable day-to-day living. There is also street parking, garden space and includes all bills with high speed WiFi.
