The flat is situated in a lovely, tranquil spot near the Marina in Felinheli where there are some good restaurants, cafe's, chinese and a pub that does great grub! It's about a ten min drive to Bangor city/university and hospital and has good links to many beauty spots/walks.

The flat is peaceful if you need to study or have a good night sleep.  You can see the sea from the living room window and some beautiful sunsets.

The flat is keen and tidy and just recently had a new kitchen installed - just need some finishing touches to complete it. The flat is kept to a good standard and we have a cleaner come to give a good clean every 4weeks.

The bedroom is lovely and bright and has a small double, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also room for a desk if needed

I work full time and like to get out and about on the weekends. I'm a pretty sociable guy and love the outdoors. Would also like a house mate has similar interest, who's also chilled :)
