Double room in shared flat - Aldershot Manor Park

Hi there!

I'm searching for a new housemate to share the flat I rent! The property I live in is a rented 2-bed flat in Aldershot adjacent to Manor Park, that is relatively modern, has decent living space and is reasonable rent-wise (£600PCM for rent and around £800PCM including all bills). This amounts to a 50% split on the total monthly bill with me (usually around £1600 a month).

The room comes with its own personal bathroom and a shared kitchen and living room space. The flat is located within 5 mins walking distance of Aldershot train station and town centre. My previous housemate has left a small double mattress and bedframe that can be used or removed, depending on your preference.

I am a friendly and sociable introvert who works from home and tends to stay in most nights, so I am looking for someone who can match my vibe and is calm, respectful and tidy with their belongings.

Deposit and references are required along with a review from the landlord.
