Large private double room with king-size bed available for single occupancy only on a Monday–Friday basis. Applicants must have proof of a primary residence elsewhere. Unfortunately, no couples.

The room is situated on its own floor, offering plenty of privacy, with a private bathroom adjacent to the room. The house is cosy, clean, and tidy, with fast Wi-Fi, generous storage space, and full use of kitchen facilities, so there’s no need to bring household items with you.

The property is ideally located just a 1-minute walk from Aldershot train station and town centre, with excellent transport links to Waterloo and Guildford.

Additional features include:

* Private off-road parking in the courtyard
* Small outdoor space
* Plenty of hanging/storage space for clothes

The room will be available from June 2026.

Please note:

* Monday–Friday or part-time occupancy
* No full-time occupants
* Working from home is not suitable, as I work from home permanently myself

Short-term Monday–Friday stays may be considered for work placements or temporary contracts.
