£150 per week (Monday to Friday)
A spacious, comfortable double room with shared bathroom. Ideal for someone looking for a well-priced, good quality weekday base.

Room 2 – Executive Double (Private En-Suite)
£295 per week (Monday to Friday)
A more private, higher-spec room with its own en-suite bathroom. Best suited to professionals staying for up to 3 months who want additional comfort and privacy during the week.

The house suits professionals who value a quiet, respectful environment rather than a typical busy house share.
