I am looking for clean, respectful female tenants who will treat the house as their own and take pride in maintaining a tidy and peaceful home environment.
The rooms are available for immediate move-in following signing of the contract. Ideally, I am looking for tenants who can commit to a 6–12 month tenancy.
A £800 deposit is required.
