Double Room For Rent in Alton

Hello there!

Thank you for having a look at our room for rent. We're situated in Alton, less than 5 minutes walk from town, supermarkets, and the train station. Trains and busses come about every half hour. We have a driveway with lots of space for an extra car and a garage for storage if needed. Lovely green garden with a seating area - you're welcome to smoke outside but not inside the house.

The bedroom itself includes a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers, and a TV with Amazon Fire Stick.

Amenities include a shared bathroom and separate toilet, all white goods with washing machine and dryer, access to off-road parking, garage and garden. Bills are all included in the rent price and deposit is x1 month's rent.

Currently the house is occupied by 2 friendly professionals (F 25-30). It's a 4 bedroom house and there are 2 rooms available - please see other listing if interested in a different room. Currently no pets in the house, pets will be considered depending on current tenants' preference. I am a live-out landlord residing not too far away.
