The room

Available now. The room is a double room, fully furnished with access to all the house amenities. There is 1 bathroom upstairs with bath and shower and a downstairs lavatory in the utility room with washing and drying machine. Well presented kitchen with all mod cons including air fryer and dishwasher. Parking available (on road). The house is situated just next to the flood meadows. The centre of Alton is just a 10 minute walk away with plenty of shops and a train station with direct access to London. The room has just been repainted and is available to move in now.

I have two small dogs, they are very friendly and love people however you must be a dog person as they will want to get to know you.

About you - you need to be clean and tidy, and respectful. The house will be shared; you will have access to all space and amenities in the home. I have a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy.
Ideally you will work in the office most days though I can accommodate if you need to work from home too. This can be negotiated.

About me - I am an easy going person who enjoys a simple life. My hobbies include running, gym, gardening, seeing my friends and obviously adventures with my dogs. I also love games and gaming including board games and PS5 games. I am a vegetarian but I don’t mind sharing my space with a meat eater as long as you respect the fridge space and cooking spaces. I work from home a minimum of 3 days of the week.

Rent includes fully furnished room including your own tv, council tax (band D) internet, tv licence, Disney plus account, Netflix login. Water and electricity will be billed quarterly. I am ideally looking for a 6 month agreement but I am open to shorter term lets too - just share what you’re looking for in the opening message.
