Double room available

The room

The room is a double room, fully furnished with access to all the house amenities. There is 1 bathroom and a downstairs lavatory. Parking available (on road). The house is situated just next to the flood meadows. The centre of Alton is just a 10 minute walk away with plenty of shops and a train station with direct access to London.

I have two small dogs, they are very friendly and love people however you must be a dog person as they will want to get to know you.

About you - you need to be clean and tidy, and respectful of the neighbours. The house will be shared; you will have access to all space and amenities in the home. I have a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy.
Ideally you will work in the office most days though I can accommodate sharing my study if you need to wfh too. This can be negotiated.

About me - I am an easy going person who enjoys a simple life. My hobbies include running, gym, gardening, seeing my friends and obviously adventures with my dogs. I also love games and gaming including board games and PS5 games. I am a vegetarian but I don’t mind sharing my space with a meat eater as long as you respect the fridge space. I work from home a minimum of 3 days of the week.

Rent includes council tax, water, internet, tv licence.
