Spacious and light double room with own bathroom

I am a busy professional in a new house; light, airy, clean, tidy and spacious, also with its own garden (and a regular cleaner!) Only available to someone who needs to "weekly commute" although I am content to consider short-term lets of 1 week to 3 weeks for individuals that might be on courses in the area.

The rental room is large with its own bathroom and is fully furnished with two chests of drawers, a hanging rail, bed and two lovely velux windows. Own bedding and linen required. Rental does not include use of washing and drying machine. Off road but not undercover parking available. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

The house is walking distance from Stokes Bay, HMS Sultan and a small parade of shops. Gosport town centre and the ferry is a short drive or bus away. A large Tesco is a very short drive away.

As an individual, I'm sporty, busy and don't cook a great deal! I would like to rent to someone who is friendly yet independent. Please email me if you are interested in finding out more.
