The cost of £500 per calendar month is for a large double room. It is in a 2 bedroom house which would be shared with my myself and my two cats Bella and Daisy. The house includes a downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and a shared kitchen. The property has a garden and it will include a parking space. Water, electric and broadband is included in the cost per month.
I am looking to let to a Professional female Monday-Friday only and due to me having 2 pets I am unable to accept any other pets unfortunately.
The Bedroom is currently being used as a beauty room but will have a double bed in ready for you to move in.
