A good sized double room available in a friendly house share located in one of the best positions in Andover. We are looking for another friendly young professional to join our 4 person house.

The house is located on a quiet, safe road within 5 minutes walking distance from the town centre, train station, leisure centre, supermarkets and the bus station. The house is a very spacious Victorian house on Junction Road.

The property has a large shared kitchen/ dining area, very large lounge, 2 bathrooms with showers and a downstairs WC (no waiting for the shower in the morning!). The house is fully furnished and parking is available. We do not believe in over packing our house with tenants, we want all our housemates to feel at home.

Our house has a lovely friendly relaxed vibe. It’s very important for us to find another housemate who will fit in well.

£630 per month. All bills included, weekly cleaner and high speed broadband. No admin fees or other hidden fees. Live out landlord (who cares about their tenants!). Minimum 4 month's rent. Sorry no couples.
