Here for let available for immediate occupation is a comfy double room for single occupancy, new furniture, in a new build apartment (first floor) on the popular Picket Twenty development.
I work (probably more than I should) and am normally only home in the evenings, and Spark Plug (the dog) comes to work with me, even when he is home with me you'll find that he is not a typical small dog : whilst he is playful and likes zoomies occasionally, he is not yappy or annoying, indeed you'll rarely hear him.
Use of the lounge/diner is included, as well as the kitchen (obviously lol)
Room has its own full bathroom (not en suite though), new double bed with Dormeo memory foam mattress and basic other furniture.
There is a 4K Smart TV with Sky Q, Netflix, Paramount+ and Prime subscriptions etc in the bedroom as well (multiple laguage options available) as well as multiple USB charge points
Lightning fast Starlink broadband is included, along with all other bills.
The kitchen has full washing machine and tumble drier etc, cooker, hob, dishwasher, air fryer etc, as well as pod coffee machine and pure water dispenser (not a traditional kettle).
Lounge is equipped with large 8K Smart TV with Sky Q, Netflix, Prime etc. there’s a lovely little balcony as well off of the lounge
Smoking/Vaping is allowed, but not the “herbal” variety!
Parking is available either on the street or in large car park beside the building.

Not to labour the point, but this room is offered for SINGLE OCCUPANCY, that is not to say visitors aren't allowed etc, but I do not seek to share my home with a couple at this time.
