Pleasant, bright, and furnished single bedroom, suitable for a working professional. The house is only 5 minutes walk to Andover rail station and Andover town centre shops.

The bedroom is for single occupancy only (no couples). NO viewings will be arranged until I have spoken on the telephone to the interested person.

No smoking or Vaping permitted within the house.

350MB wifi is provided, with wired TP Link wifi extender installed on landing.

The house and gardens have been professionally refurbished to a high standard (plumbing, electrical, decoration, furnishings, bedroom furniture and all the necessary appliances and house hold goods). All a tenant need provide is their bedding, clothes and food, everything else is provided.

The kitchen and diner is large and contains everything one needs, and with ample cupboard, fridge/freezers, for your food etc..

There is a downstairs cloakroom (toilet, sink), an upstairs bathroom (bath, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, wall mirror, tooth brush holders, shower glass and curtain, powerful thermostatic shower).

The rear garden is of low maintenance with a patio area upon which sits a table and chairs, gravel area, rotary clothes line, dry and lockable shed, and rear gated access.

The tenants currently pay for a bi-weekly cleaner for a deep clean service, and all tenants are expected to pay equal share of that cost. (less or no more than £20 per month each. Arranged and paid by tenants, not myself)

The house is professionally maintained.
