Double occupancy is possible at an additional nominal fee. To be mutually discussed & agreed starting from £800 per couple per month. 7 night single occupancy £750.
Only 1 months rent required for deposit. This is expected to secure the room and 1 months rent to be paid in advance of let and subsequently the last day of each month to secure the following month.
