We're looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed and considerate, and a non-smoker in the house.

Downstairs includes a large living room with sofas, TV and coffee table, plus an adjoining dining area with table and chairs. Both great spaces for relaxing or entertaining.
The kitchen has a large range cooker, two large fridge-freezers, all the usual appliances and a large adjoining utility room with washing machine. There’s also a downstairs WC.

The house has fitted carpets/laminate flooring throughout, with a tiled kitchen.

Outside, there are good-sized front and back gardens. The rear garden has a patio, outdoor seating, BBQ and shed.
There is a driveway, although plenty of on-road parking is also available nearby.
About the area
Ash is conveniently situated between Aldershot and Guildford, with Ash train station around a 5-minute walk away.

Local shops and amenities. Including a Co-op, bakery, hairdressers, takeaways, estate agents and vet are also around a 5-minute walk.

The local park and recreation ground are within walking distance and include a skate park, tennis courts and basketball courts. There are also plenty of woodland areas nearby, ideal for walking, hiking and cycling.
Aldershot, Ash Vale, Farnborough, Frimley, Farnham, Camberley, Woking and Guildford are all easily accessible, with convenient access to the A3, M3 and A31, as well as trains into London.

Tenancy:
The initial contract is 3 months, with deposit and first month's rent payable upfront. After that, it would move to a rolling monthly arrangement.
