A good size double room available in Ash vale centrally between Ash Vale and Ash train stations.

All bills included.

3 months minimum stay and 1 month notice required.

Shared/communal area (kitchen, living room, hall, landing, downstairs toilet) expected to be kept clean and tidy.

Tenants bedroom and ensuite will be their responsibility to keep clean and tidy but it is asked that it is regularly cleaned.

Bedroom includes double bed (with drawers under), double mattress, double wardrobe, 2x bedside cabinets, bed and a single shelved wardrobe Bedding not provided (apart from mattress protector). The airing cupboard is located in the room by the entrance door, so on occasions I will to access it to put in and remove items from there.

A train line backs on to the back of the garden, but it's reasonably quiet. The street is a nice quite area.

There is space to get 2x cars on the driveway although it has proved more convenient for the tenant to use the lay-by by the house instead.

Females tenant only please.

Please note, although I have no pets, I occasionally look after dogs for a day, so tenant should be fond of dogs.
