The available room is next door to the bathroom on the first floor, which will essentially be your own bathroom. Landlords room is on the next floor up so offers a bit more privacy than being right on top of each other!
The property has a comfortable lounge and a modern kitchen with all amenities including washing machine & dishwasher.
All bills and household items included in rent. There is also off road parking behind the property and use of the garden and patio area.
