The room is available in a modern 3 bed property with myself as live in landlord and one housemate who has been here 4 years but is moving out soon and currently rarely at home.
We are both relaxed and friendly and would like someone who is on the same page, is used to living in a shared space, and is clean and tidy. I have a Hungarian Vizsla who is well behaved, but he is a big dog and still quite young so you will need to be dog friendly!
The property has a comfortable lounge with tv and a modern kitchen with all amenities including washing machine & dishwasher.
All bills included in rent. There is also off road parking behind the property and use of the garden with patio area & bbq.
Sorry but the property is not suitable for anyone with kids.
Please note the furniture in the picture is not the current furniture in the room. But it will still have double bed / drawers / wardrobe / bedside table
